PROCESSING TIME
All online in-stock orders will ship within 1-3 business days. We will ship your order upon your payment being completely processed.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We ship USPS Ground Delivery, which takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking info via email when your order has been fulfilled! Please be mindful of your delivery date so your products sit outside only briefly to avoid melting!

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package says it has been delivered but differs from where it should be, you must contact USPS.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your package arrives damaged or broken, please email us the photos and a description of the broken items; this will be a case-by-case situation so that we can help you.
